Davide Dona

Davide Donà, son of renowned Murano master glassmaker Alberto Donà, began learning the art of glassmaking at an early age, first working in a paperweight furnace before joining the family company in 1998. Influenced by celebrated maestro Nane Ferro, he further refined his skills through international glassmaking courses on San Servolo Island, where he worked alongside masters Davide Salvadore and Pino Signoretto, and later collaborated with the Abate Zanetti School.
Specializing in modern mirrors, carved vases, and sculptural works, Davide combines traditional Murano techniques with a contemporary artistic vision. Today, he plays a key role in the Donà family workshop, creating luxury lighting, artistic vessels, and custom glass artworks that are collected and exhibited internationally.
